Location data disclosure
CaterAO may request location access to show nearby vendors, estimate service availability, support delivery or pickup coordination, and help agents or admins manage operational workflows. Location access is requested only when needed for app features, and users can manage permissions through device settings.
Account deletion
Users can request deletion from the app where available or through the Delete Account page. The request covers account profile data and eligible personal information, subject to lawful retention for invoices, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, tax, or regulatory obligations.
